Dan is deze functie als Commercial Assistant iets voor jou! Waarom kies je voor deze uitdaging? Als Commercial Assistant in Aalsmeer maak je deel uit van het salesteam en werk je nauw samen met de Key Accountmanagers binnen jouw accountteam. Je bent de spil in het orderproces: van offerte tot levering. Je zorgt dat productgegevens kloppen, samples op tijd de deur uit gaan en klanten snel antwoord krijgen. Zo draag je elke dag bij aan een soepel lopend commercieel proces en tevreden klanten in ruim twintig Europese landen. Wat ga je doen? - Je verwerkt nieuwe producten administratief in het ERP-systeem; - Je ondersteunt het volledige orderproces, van offerte tot levering; - Je handelt claims af in samenwerking met de verschillende afdelingen; - Je bereidt offertes voor; - Je vraagt samples aan en maakt deze verzendklaar; - Je verwerkt productspecificaties zorgvuldig en volledig; - Werkdagen en werktijden: 32 tot 40 uur per week. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt affiniteit met administratieve werkzaamheden; - Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en klantgericht; - Je hebt commercieel gevoel en denkt actief mee met de klant; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed; Duits is een pré. Wat bieden wij? - Een salaris tussen €3.100 en €3.600 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek; - Een goede pensioenregeling; - Een reiskostenvergoeding; - Een afwisselende functie binnen een groeiende, internationale organisatie; - Een hecht accountteam waarin samenwerken centraal staat.
