Dan is de functie van Commercial Support bij Hamiplant iets voor jou. Als Commercial Support ondersteun je de accountmanager bij de commerciële activiteiten voor een belangrijke internationale markt. Je bent een zelfstandige schakel tussen klanten en verschillende interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat offertes, klantvragen, orders en administratieve processen goed en op tijd worden opgevolgd. Werken als Commercial Support Als Commercial Support ben je de verbindende schakel tussen de klant, de accountmanager en verschillende interne afdelingen. Je zorgt dat commerciële afspraken goed worden verwerkt en dat de klant weet waar hij aan toe is. Je hebt contact met klanten en bent niet bang om zelf het gesprek aan te gaan. Tegelijkertijd schakel je intern met onder andere Finance en collega's die betrokken zijn bij keuringen en administratieve processen. Omdat je ook werkt voor een markt buiten de Europese Unie, zijn de processen soms complexer. Dat vraagt om iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, overzicht houdt en het leuk vindt om verschillende zaken tegelijk te coördineren. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Je ondersteunt de accountmanager bij de dagelijkse commerciële werkzaamheden. - Je onderhoudt contact met klanten en beantwoordt commerciële en praktische vragen. - Je werkt offertes uit en zorgt voor een goede opvolging. - Je stemt orders en klantafspraken af met interne afdelingen. - Je coördineert en verwerkt benodigde keuringen en administratieve processen. - Je schakelt met Finance en andere interne afdelingen om zaken goed en tijdig af ...
