You translate requests into smart, working solutions and ensure that customers can rely on your advice. . In this role, you combine technology, commerce, and customer contact: - You make pump selections and advise customers on the best solution. - You prepare quotations and ensure fast and efficient follow-up. - You are the first point of contact for customers - You answer technical questions from both customers and colleagues. - You spot commercial opportunities and translate them into concrete solutions. - You process and manage information in the ERP system and create quotations. - You actively contribute to improving processes You work closely with the field sales team and together ensure that customers are fully unburdened.
