Dan is het Commercial Traineeship de perfecte manier om je carrière een vliegende start te geven! Dit traineeship is bedoeld om pas afgestudeerden zoals jij voor te bereiden op een succesvolle carrière binnen ons bedrijf, met een focus op verkoop. We bieden je een rotatieprogramma van 12 maanden aan, dat op maat wordt samengesteld op basis van jouw interesses en vaardigheden, en de behoeften van ons bedrijf. Je opleidingstraject kan de volgende afdelingen omvatten: Export en Import (documentatie, boekingen en klantenservice), Operations (operationele activiteiten), Financial Business Control (financiële bedrijfscontrole), Commercial Management (commercieel management, inclusief bedrijfsanalyse), Logistics (logistiek) en Business Support & Development (bedrijfsondersteuning en -ontwikkeling). Dankzij formele opleidingen en praktijkgerichte training leer je onze activiteiten snel kennen. Tijdens je rotaties krijg je regelmatig feedback over je prestaties en vooruitgang, zowel op persoonlijk als professioneel vlak. Wanneer je aantoont dat je over zakelijk inzicht en professionaliteit beschikt, ben je klaar om door te groeien naar een uitdagendere commerciële functie binnen MSC. Uiteindelijk kom je terecht in een functie die zich in het hart van onze bedrijfsactiviteiten bevindt, waar je jouw kennis en vaardigheden optimaal kunt benutten. Als trainee bij MSC krijg je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden: Kennis opdoen van de scheepvaartsector en vertrouwd raken met de kwaliteitsnormen en waarden van MSC. Leren om de behoeften en verwachtingen van klanten te herkennen en hier tijdig, professioneel en doeltreffend op in te spelen. Kritisch meedenken over bestaande procedures en mogelijke verbeteringen voorstellen. Actief feedback en advies...
