Doel van de functie

Voor de verdere versterking van ons team zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel sterke en veelzijdige sleutelfiguur die de verantwoordelijkheid voor aankoop en commerciële binnendienst combineert.

Je krijgt een brede functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen. Onderhandelen, commercieel meedenken en efficiënt opvolgen vormen de rode draad doorheen je werkdag.

Kernverantwoordelijkheden:

Aankoop & leveranciersbeheer:

  • Je koopt staal, profielen en projectgebonden componenten in tegen de best mogelijke voorwaarden.
  • Je onderhandelt met nationale en internationale leveranciers over prijzen, levertermijnen en contractvoorwaarden.
  • Je volgt de staalmarkt actief op en anticipeert proactief op prijsontwikkelingen en marktschommelingen.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit met leveranciers en zoekt actief naar opportuniteiten om condities en marges te optimaliseren.

Projectopvolging & beperkte administratie:

  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige traject van bestelling tot levering.
  • Je bewaakt marges, levertermijnen en planning, zodat onze constructiewerkplaats efficiënt kan blijven doorwerken.
  • Je stemt vlot af met klanten, leveranciers en collega's en grijpt tijdig in wanneer bijsturing nodig is.
  • Je zorgt voor een beperkte maar correcte administratieve verwerking in het ERP-systeem. De nadruk van deze functie ligt op commercie, aankoop en techniek – niet op repetitief administratief werk.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken vooral iemand die commercieel sterk is en graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

  • Commercieel DNA: je bent een sterke onderhandelaar, communiceert vlot en ziet kansen om commerciële voorwaarden en marges te optimaliseren.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de metaal- en/of bouwsector.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: je houdt van korte lijnen, neemt initiatief en wacht niet af wanneer er een oplossing nodig is.
  • Sterk in communicatie: je kunt vlot schakelen tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's.
  • Talenkennis: je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beschikt over een uitstekende professionele kennis van het Frans en Engels.
