Je onderhoudt klantrelaties, ontdekt groeikansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete resultaten. Je staat dicht bij de klant, weet wat er speelt en bouwt verder aan een langdurige samenwerking. Heb je al ervaring binnen de sector? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen. En anders leren we je graag alles over onze mooie, dynamische branche. Omschrijving van de rol Als Commercieel Accountmanager B2B combineer je klantcontact, accountmanagement, tarieven, data en dagelijkse commerciële werkzaamheden. Het is een brede en afwisselende functie: de ene dag zit je met een klant om tafel, de andere dag duik je in tarieven en data of behandel je een aanvraag uit de mailbox. Je bent commercieel scherp, durft tarieven te verdedigen en voert ook een lastig gesprek wanneer dat nodig is. Tegelijkertijd houd je oog voor de relatie en de lange termijn. Jouw takenpakket: - Je onderhoudt actief contact met bestaande B2B-klanten - Je voert telefonische, digitale en fysieke klantgesprekken - Je signaleert kansen, risico's en veranderingen bij klanten - Je bespreekt tarieven, indexaties en commerciële afspraken - Je beheert de commerciële mailbox en handelt standaard tariefaanvragen zelfstandig af - Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze actief op - Je bewaakt commerciële acties en zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken worden nagekomen - Je analyseert klant-, volume-, omzet- en tariefgegevens - Je gebruikt data om commerciële voorstellen en klantgesprekken goed voor te bereiden Wie ben jij?
