De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Commercieel Administratief Bediende:

  • Klanten zelfstandig opvolgen en fungeren als een vast aanspreekpunt voor commerciële en administratieve vragen.
  • Aanvragen van klanten verwerken en zorgen voor een correcte opvolging van lopende dossiers.
  • Offertes voorbereiden, versturen en actief verder opvolgen bij klanten.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen tijdens klantencontact en hier proactief op inspelen.
  • Bestaande klantenrelaties verder onderhouden en uitbouwen.
  • Klanten informeren over producten, mogelijkheden, prijzen en lopende bestellingen.
  • Administratieve en commerciële gegevens nauwkeurig verwerken en actueel houden.
  • Orders en klantendossiers van aanvraag tot verdere afhandeling opvolgen.
  • Zelf initiatief nemen om klanten opnieuw te contacteren en commerciële dossiers vooruit te helpen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met je directe collega's en de zaakvoerder.
  • Mee zorgen voor een professionele en klantgerichte werking van het kantoor.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een ervaren Belgische KMO in de ruime regio rond Temse, gespecialiseerd in de productie van verlichting en maatwerkspiegels. Het bedrijf combineert eigen productie met een internationale werking en staat al meer dan 50 jaar in zijn markt. Binnen het kleine kantoorteam zijn de communicatielijnen kort en krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen. Wie jij bent als Commercieel Administratief Bediende:

  • Administratief zeer sterk en gestructureerd in het opvolgen van verschillende dossiers.
  • Een uitgesproken commerciële ingesteldheid en interesse in klantencontact.
  • Zelfstandig klanten kunnen opvolgen zonder voortdurend aangestuurd te moeten worden.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten zien en het initiatief durven nemen om hierop in te spelen.
  • Communicatief sterk en professioneel in contacten met klanten.
  • Nauwkeurig werken zonder de commerciële kant van een dossier uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Proactieve persoonlijkheid die liever zelf actie onderneemt dan afwacht.
  • Goed kunnen organiseren en verschillende dossiers tegelijk overzichtelijk beheren.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en comfortabel binnen een kleinere organisatie met korte communicatielijnen.
  • Ervaring binnen een commercieel-administratieve functie is een sterke troef.
