Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, accountmanagers en logistieke organisatie.

Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten over de hele wereld en zorgt voor een professionele opvolging van vragen, bestellingen, offertes en leveringen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met ons logistieke centrum in Frankrijk om een vlotte opvolging van orders en klantvragen te garanderen.

Het is een afwisselende functie waarin klantencontact, commerciële opvolging, teamwork en administratieve nauwkeurigheid hand in hand gaan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen, offertes en leveringen.
  • Onderhouden van commerciële contacten met klanten wereldwijd.
  • Ondersteunen van accountmanagers en vertegenwoordigers.
  • Dagelijks overleg met ons logistieke centrum in Frankrijk.
  • Correct beheren van klantgegevens en dossiers in ons ERP-systeem.
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en bijdragen aan een optimale klanttevredenheid.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Wij zoeken vooral een gemotiveerde collega met commerciële feeling, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een hands-on mentaliteit.

Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen. Motivatie, inzet, flexibiliteit en de wil om te leren vinden wij minstens even belangrijk als ervaring. Dankzij gedegen interne begeleiding leer je onze producten, systemen en internationale klanten stap voor stap kennen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel telefonisch als schriftelijk in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Business Central of een ander ERP-systeem is mooi meegenomen.
  • Affiniteit met techniek, motorfietsen en Powersports is een leuke extra, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt graag samen in teamverband.
