De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Commercieel administratief bediende:

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de winkel.
  • Luisteren naar de behoeften van klanten en hen gericht adviseren over de juiste producten en oplossingen.
  • Technische en productkennis inzetten om zowel vakmensen als particulieren verder te helpen.
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten herkennen en klanten actief begeleiden tijdens hun aankoop.
  • Verkopen correct afhandelen en zorgen voor een professionele klantenservice.
  • Mee instaan voor het openen en sluiten van de winkel.
  • Goederen ontvangen, controleren, opslaan en klaarzetten.
  • Ondersteunen bij het laden en lossen van goederen.
  • Leveringen naar klanten of andere filialen mee verzorgen.
  • Verf op maat mengen en kleurformules correct beheren in de mengkamer.
  • De winkelruimte en het magazijn ordelijk en aantrekkelijk houden.
  • Flexibel bijspringen bij praktische werkzaamheden waar nodig.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's om klanten zo volledig mogelijk te ondersteunen.

Zowel professionele vakmensen als particuliere klanten kunnen er terecht voor advies en oplossingen rond verf, raam-, muur- en vloerbekleding. Persoonlijke service, technische expertise en een sterke productkennis staan centraal, waarbij klanten van advies tot uitvoering zo volledig mogelijk worden ondersteund. Wie jij bent als commercieel administratief bediende:

  • Professionele of technische kennis van verf, vloerbekleding, raamdecoratie, wandbekleding of een gelijkaardig productaanbod.
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid en voldoening halen uit verkopen en adviseren.
  • Sterk kunnen luisteren naar klanten en hun wensen vertalen naar een geschikte oplossing.
  • Technische informatie op een duidelijke en toegankelijke manier kunnen overbrengen.
  • Enthousiaste en gedreven persoonlijkheid die gemakkelijk contact legt.
  • Gevoel voor stijl, kleur en creatieve oplossingen.
  • Opportuniteiten herkennen en klanten proactief adviseren.
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen werken.
  • Positieve en flexibele ingesteldheid.
  • Graag samenwerken met collega's en bereid zijn om bij te springen waar nodig.
