In deze functie als Commercieel Administratief Bediende ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, sales, management en interne afdelingen. Je krijgt de kans om een gevarieerd takenpakket op te nemen binnen een professionele omgeving waar ruimte is om bij te leren en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

Rol

  • Je staat in voor het opmaken van offertes in Word en de verdere opvolging ervan.
  • Je volgt de productie van samples nauwgezet op.
  • Je beheert verkoopartikelen en houdt artikelgegevens up-to-date.
  • Je stelt technische informatie op en onderhoudt deze zorgvuldig.
  • Je maakt prijslijsten op en zorgt voor het beheer ervan.
  • Je fungeert als back-up voor orderinvoer.
  • Je verzorgt de interne en externe communicatie.
  • Je ondersteunt en volgt het salesteam in de Benelux en Frankrijk op.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan het sales management.
  • Je helpt bij de organisatie van beurzen in samenwerking met de marketingafdeling, inclusief opbouw en afbraak.
  • Je volgt directieklanten professioneel op.
  • Je ondersteunt interne productopleidingen.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office met een sterke focus op Excel en Word.
  • Je werkt punctueel en stelt je flexibel op.
  • Je neemt initiatief en bent proactief en positief ingesteld.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels & Frans (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
