De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Commercieel Administratief Bediende:

  • Offertes administratief voorbereiden en nauwgezet opvolgen.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen of bijkomende informatie.
  • Commerciële en administratieve dossiers correct verwerken en opvolgen.
  • Gegevens nauwkeurig invoeren en beheren in de bedrijfseigen software.
  • Mails, documenten en andere administratieve communicatie verwerken.
  • De plantmanager ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende administratieve werkzaamheden.
  • Het overzicht bewaren over lopende dossiers en zorgen voor een efficiënte dagelijkse administratie.
  • Vlot schakelen tussen klantencontact, offerteopvolging en interne administratie.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde Belgische bedrijvengroep met een sterke ondernemersmentaliteit en verschillende activiteiten binnen een technische en projectgerichte omgeving. Voor een site in de ruime regio rond Aalst zoeken ze versterking binnen de commerciële administratie. Je werkt er in een directe en energieke bedrijfscultuur waar initiatief, verantwoordelijkheid, efficiëntie en samenwerking centraal staan. Wie jij bent als Commercieel Administratief Bediende:

  • Bachelordiploma binnen een administratieve richting, zoals Management Assistant of KMO-management, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en nieuwe softwareprogramma's snel onder de knie krijgen.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands.
  • Voldoende kennis van het Frans om je vlot te durven uitdrukken.
  • Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig kunnen werken.
  • Zelfstandig ingesteld en verantwoordelijkheid nemen over eigen dossiers.
  • Klantgerichte en communicatieve persoonlijkheid.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.
  • Hands-on, organisatorisch sterk, dynamisch en gemotiveerd.
