Ben jij administratief sterk, commercieel ingesteld en haal je energie uit klantencontact? Werk je graag in een dynamische omgeving waar je verschillende dossiers tegelijk opvolgt?

Voor een groeiend familiaal productiebedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel administratief bediende. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de schakel tussen klanten, de salesafdeling en de interne diensten. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige aanpak en klantgerichte ingesteldheid zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van elk dossier.

Jouw taken:

  • Je verzorgt de commerciële en administratieve verwerking van klantaanvragen en ondersteunt de salesafdeling.
  • Je houdt klantgegevens en productinformatie, inclusief technische en logistieke gegevens, up-to-date in het ERP-systeem.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen en controleert of deze voldoen aan de afgesproken voorwaarden.
  • Je verzamelt alle nodige informatie voor de aanmaak van nieuwe artikelen in het ERP-systeem en stemt hiervoor af met collega's en klanten.
  • Je volgt bestellingen op van A tot Z en onderhoudt contact met verschillende interne afdelingen, zoals productieplanning, transport en boekhouding.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en behandelt vragen, opmerkingen en eventuele klachten op een professionele manier.
  • Je maakt productstalen klaar, controleert deze en volgt de verzending nauwgezet op.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt recente ervaring binnen de retailsector.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en combineert dit met een commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer je meerdere dossiers tegelijk opvolgt.
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's uit verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, denkt oplossingsgericht mee en neemt initiatief.
  • Je werkt vlot met de courante Office-toepassingen en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een ERP-systeem.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
