Voor een Belgische fabrikant van kwaliteitsvolle zitmeubelen in Izegem zijn we op zoek naar een Commercieel Administratief Bediende. Een veelzijdige functie waarbij je het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor klanten en bezoekers en daarnaast instaat voor de administratieve opvolging van bestellingen en dossiers.

Functieomschrijving Als Commercieel Administratief Bediende zorg je ervoor dat de commerciële en administratieve werking vlot verloopt.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt aan de receptie en telefoon.
  • Je staat klanten en bezoekers op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier te woord.
  • Je verwerkt en volgt bestellingen op.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve verwerking en input van orders.
  • Je verzorgt de facturatie.
  • Je behandelt vragen en klachten van klanten en zoekt samen naar een gepaste oplossing.
  • Je ondersteunt de collega's binnen de commerciële administratie.
  • Je werkt mee aan een correcte opvolging van klanten en dossiers.
  • Heb je interesse in marketing en social media? Dan krijg je zeker de kans om hierin mee te werken!
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een administratieve of commercieel ondersteunende functie.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Een basiskennis Engels is voldoende.
  • Kennis van Duits is geen vereiste, maar uiteraard mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en kan goed overweg met verschillende taken tegelijk.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's.
  • Je hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en denkt graag mee.
  • Interesse of kennis van marketing en social media is een grote plus!
