Robert Half is op zoek naar een Commerciële Binnendienst Medewerker (orderverwerking & transport) (m/v/x) voor een groeiende productieomgeving in regio Waregem.

Onze klant maakt deel uit van een internationale groep en breidt op vandaag z-zijn productgamma verder uit. Je komt terecht in een stabiel team en krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket.

Takenpakket

Als Commerciële Binnendienst Medewerker ben je van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking en opvolging van orders als voor het regelen en plannen van transporten.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je verwerkt bestellingen van klanten en controleert de orders op volledigheid en haalbaarheid;
  • Je volgt de beschikbare voorraad op en stemt bij eventuele problemen af met productie en aankoop;
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en informeert hen over de status en leveringstermijn van hun bestelling;
  • Je behandelt eventuele klachten en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging;
  • Je stuurt chauffeurs en wagens aan en schakelt indien nodig externe transportpartners in;
  • Je behandelt interne transportaanvragen en zorgt voor de nodige planning;
  • Je verwerkt de transporten volledig in het ERP systeem;
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve opvolging en communicatie rond transporten;
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren en optimaliseren van bestaande processen.

Je start met de basisorders en bouwt jouw verantwoordelijkheden geleidelijk verder uit. Het gaat om een gevarieerde en inhoudelijk vrij complexe functie, waarin je veel kennis opbouwt van zowel klantenadministratie als logistiek.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordenkniveau. Een diploma is echter geen absolute must;
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen orderverwerking, administratie of customer service is een pluspunt;
  • Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters (met een bachelor of masterdiploma) komen in aanmerking;
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig;
  • Je bent stressbestendig en weet het overzicht te bewaren wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk binnenkomen;
  • Je bent communicatief en durft klanten en transportpartners telefonisch te contacteren;
  • Je houdt van een open communicatiestijl en werkt graag samen in een stabiel team;
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Excel en kunt vlot werken met de basisfuncties;
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis Frans. Frans is slechts occasioneel nodig, voornamelijk voor het doorschakelen van telefoons of bepaalde transportgerelateerde contacten.
