Als Commercieel Administratief Bediende maak je deel uit van de binnendienst en werk je administratief en commercieel ondersteunend voor de sales representatives en klanten. Een combinatie van commerciële flair, administratieve skills en nauwkeurigheid is hier dus absoluut aan de orde. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor het volledige proces van offerte tot levering.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Opmaak en opvolging van lopende offertes en huurcontracten;
  • Zorgen voor maandelijkse facturatie van huurcontracten, alsook de interne doorrekening naar Sales & Service;
  • Pro-actief benaderen van klanten en onze huurmogelijkheden bekend maken;
  • Vlootbeheer;
  • Eventuele schadedossiers overhandigen aan de verzekeraar;
  • De nodige informatie verstrekken aan de klant (technisch, prijs, levertijd);
  • Administratieve opvolging in het systeem en up to date houden van klantendossiers.

Als toekomstige Commercieel Administratief Bediende binnen deze boeiende firma beschik je over enige technische affiniteit of interesse, gecombineerd met sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden. Dit maakt jou de veelzijdige administratief duizendpoot die onze klant zoekt!

Je beschikt over volgende eigenschappen en competenties:

  • Automotive, logistiek of andere aanverwante sectoren zijn je reeds bekend. Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in een soortgelijke functie waarbij verhuur en een proactieve commerciële aanpak centraal staan;
  • Zowel in het NL als in het FR communiceer je vlot met elk type gesprekspartner. Je hebt dan ook diverse contacten intern en extern;
  • Je bent klantgericht ingesteld en biedt steeds de beste service aan op een proactieve manier;
  • Daarnaast, werk je resultaat-en oplossingsgericht en beschikt over een stevige dosis commerciële spirit;
  • Met een positieve ingesteldheid ga je er elke dag weer tegenaan. Jouw eerlijke werkethiek en zin voor verantwoordelijkheid maken jou een fijne collega. Zowel individueel als in team staan het bereiken van doelstellingen en het zoeken naar oplossingen centraal;
  • Heb je ervaring met een ERP pakket, is dat een aangename plus, maar met een praktische kennis van MS Office kom je ook al een heel eind;
  • Aantoonbare affiniteit met techniek is een pluspunt.
