In deze functie beheer je dossiers, planningen en materiaalstromen van verkoop tot administratieve afronding.

  • Je neemt verkochte dossiers over in het CRM en controleert of alle informatie volledig is en klaarstaat voor uitvoering.
  • Je maakt de planning van de techniekers op voor heel België, stemt afspraken met hen af en past de planning aan bij wijzigingen, vertragingen of praktische problemen.
  • Je volgt elk dossier op van verkoop tot uitvoering en oplevering en bent tijdens het uitvoeringstraject een vast aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Je grijpt proactief in wanneer een dossier dreigt vast te lopen en zorgt voor structuur in de dagelijkse opvolging.
  • Je sluit uitgevoerde dossiers administratief correct af en volgt samen met facturatie de verdere verwerking, inclusief openstaande betalingen, mee op.
  • Je beheert de voorraad en het warehouse, houdt bij welke materialen beschikbaar zijn, plaatst bestellingen bij leveranciers en bewaakt leveringen en levertermijnen zodat techniekers tijdig over het juiste materiaal beschikken.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiëntere processen, stelt verbeteringen voor en rapporteert daarover rechtstreeks aan de eigenaar.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie zijn ervaring, taalvaardigheid en sterke administratieve vaardigheden belangrijk.

  • Ervaring in een coördinerende, operationele, administratieve of planningsfunctie is een sterke troef.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je werkt vlot met CRM- en administratieve systemen.
  • Je bent sterk in organiseren, plannen en opvolgen en kan verschillende dossiers tegelijk beheren zonder het overzicht te verliezen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers, durft beslissingen te nemen binnen je verantwoordelijkheden en hebt voldoende technische interesse om producten en installaties te leren kennen.
