Onze klant is een internationale speler binnen de voedingssector en specialiseert zich in hoogwaardige decoratieproducten voor patisserie, desserts en andere culinaire toepassingen. Vanuit West-Vlaanderen beleveren ze klanten in heel Europa en bouwen ze verder aan een sterke groei, met een steeds grotere focus op distributie en industriële klanten.

Je komt terecht in een onderneming waar ondernemerschap, betrokkenheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. Dankzij de vlakke structuur krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en heb je rechtstreeks impact op de dagelijkse werking.

Jobomschrijving

Als Commercieel Administratief Bediende ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt.

Je combineert administratie met commerciële opvolging en bent betrokken bij het volledige proces: van bestelling tot levering én de service achteraf.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen van A tot Z
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes
  • Dagelijks contact onderhouden met klanten in binnen- en buitenland
  • Afstemmen met de productie en leveranciers over levertermijnen
  • Coördineren van een correcte uitlevering van de producten
  • Klanten professioneel verder helpen bij vragen of aftersales
  • Mee ondersteunen van de vertegenwoordigers en commerciële activiteiten
  • Administratieve verwerking van orders in het ERP-systeem
  • Sporadisch meehelpen bij stockcontroles of andere operationele taken tijdens drukke periodes

Door de seizoensgebonden activiteiten zijn er momenten waarop het tempo hoog ligt. Net dan behoud jij het overzicht en schakel je vlot tussen verschillende prioriteiten.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je hebt een eerste ervaring binnen administratie, customer service of commerciële binnendienst

Een junior profiel met de juiste motivatie en ingesteldheid komt zeker in aanmerking

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans. Je durft de telefoon opnemen en klanten professioneel verder helpen.

Ook een goede kennis van het Engels is belangrijk voor de internationale contacten.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht.

Je bent communicatief sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.

Je voelt je thuis in een kleine onderneming waar flexibiliteit vanzelfsprekend is
