Voor onze klant, een professionele verdeler van bouwmaterialen zijn wij op zoek naar een commercieel administratief bediende onthaal / baliemedewerker

Jobomschrijving

  • Als commercieel administratief bediende onthaal ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die het filiaal bezoeken.
  • Je helpt professionele klanten verder met hun vragen, verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat afhalingen vlot verlopen.
  • Daarnaast behandel je offertes en orders via verschillende communicatiekanalen zoals telefoon en e-mail en volg je deze nauwgezet op van aanvraag tot levering.
  • In de functie van commercieel administratief bediende onthaal werk je nauw samen met interne diensten om ervoor te zorgen dat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor levering of afhaling.
  • Je houdt bovendien overzicht over de voorraad, zorgt mee voor een ordelijke werkplek en ondersteunt je collega's waar nodig.
  • Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak en organisatorisch talent draag je actief bij aan een efficiënte werking van het filiaal en een uitstekende klantenervaring.
  • Je hebt minsten een graduaat diploma behaalt en je hebt affinteit met de bouwsector
  • Daarnaast ben je een klantgerichte en enthousiaste administratieve kracht die energie haalt uit contact met klanten en een gevarieerd takenpakket.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt, maar jouw motivatie en inzet zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om je te verdiepen in onze producten en processen. Interesse in bouwmaterialen of een technische sector is mooi meegenomen.
  • Digitale tools schrikken jou niet af. Je werkt vlot met verschillende systemen en maakt nieuwe software snel eigen.
  • Ook op drukke momenten behoud je het overzicht en ga je oplossingsgericht te werk.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt om gezamenlijke doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel in het Nederlands en helpt klanten steeds verder met een glimlach.
