Jobomschrijving

Als commercieel administratief bediende zorg jij ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt. Je bent de schakel tussen klanten, collega's en leveranciers en houdt verschillende dossiers moeiteloos in beweging. Als commercieel administratief bediende krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket met veel verantwoordelijkheid:

  • Je verwerkt prijsaanvragen en stelt duidelijke, klantgerichte offertes op.
  • Je volgt offertes actief op en onderhoudt contact met klanten.
  • Je registreert bestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Je informeert klanten over levertermijnen en de voortgang van hun projecten.
  • Je maakt interne bestelbonnen op voor de aankoopdienst.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens de voorbereidende projectfase.
  • Je ondersteunt collega's van verschillende afdelingen bij administratie en klantenopvolging.

Jij bent een commercieel administratief bediende die energie haalt uit afwisseling en klantgericht werken. Je werkt nauwkeurig, schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op. Een commercieel administratief bediende voelt zich thuis in een dynamische omgeving en beschikt over het volgende:

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt georganiseerd.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en communiceert vlot.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt vlot met Outlook, Excel en andere digitale toepassingen.
  • Je bent flexibel, leergierig en een echte teamspeler.
  • Je kan ook zelfstandig dossiers beheren.
