Onze klant is verdeler van innovatieve en succesvolle motors, scooters, quads en e-mobility (CF Moto, Bluroc Motorcycles, Neco Scooters en Zontes Motorcycles). Ze verkopen deze producten B2B over gans Europa en staan ook in voor de aftersales service. Dit gebeurt allemaal vanuit het nieuwe moderne kantoor te Wielsbeke, waar ook alle opslag voor Europa is.

Voor deze functie als administratief commercieel bediende ben jij één van de belangrijkste aanspreekpunten binnen het bedrijf.

Je bent hét gezicht en de stem van de organisatie voor dealers, klanten en externe partners. Of iemand nu belt, mailt of bij jou aan het onthaal staat: jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen professioneel en vriendelijk verder geholpen wordt.

Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor dealers, klanten en chauffeurs

  • Je ontvangt bezoekers en zorgt voor een warm en professioneel onthaal
  • Je verwerkt binnenkomende e-mails en zorgt voor correcte opvolging

  • Je staat in voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers
  • Je stemt informatie af met de verschillende interne afdelingen
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie steeds correct en overzichtelijk blijft

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de communicatie en administratie achter de schermen (en soms voor de schermen) vlot verloopt en dat iedereen snel en correct wordt geholpen.
