Voor een dynamische en groeiende KMO in de regio Hannuit ¿ uitstekend bereikbaar met de wagen vanuit Limburg ¿ zoeken wij een proactieve Commercieel Administratief Medewerker. In deze veelzijdige rol word jij de administratieve spilfiguur die zorgt voor een vlekkeloze opvolging van orders, klantcontacten en leveranciersrelaties. Je start in een tijdelijk traject tot eind augustus, met een reële kans op verlenging en de opportuniteit om jouw verantwoordelijkheden op termijn verder uit te breiden.

Talentalent: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans, aangevuld met een goede actieve en passieve kennis van het Engels voor contacten met internationale leveranciers.

Nauwkeurig & gestructureerd: Je werkt uiterst punctueel, verliest het overzicht niet en krijgt energie van een georganiseerde administratie.

Leergierig: Specifieke technische voorkennis van industriële pompen en onderdelen is absoluut geen vereiste; een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid en de motivatie om dit aan te leren zijn dat wel.

Mobiliteit: Aangezien de werkplek in Hannuit het best bereikbaar is met de wagen, beschik je over eigen vervoer.

Order- & dossierbeheer: Je beheert de volledige administratieve stroom van klant- en leveranciersorders van A tot Z.

Communicatie & customer service: Je bent de beheerder van de centrale mailbox, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en fungeert als het eerste, professionele aanspreekpunt voor binnenkomende telefoongesprekken.

Data-input: Je staat in voor het nauwkeurig invoeren, verwerken en up-to-date houden van klantgegevens in het CRM- en ERP-systeem.

Commerciële support: Je bereidt nieuwe aanbestedingsdocumenten voor in het ERP-pakket en volgt prijsaanvragen bij leveranciers proactief op.

Groeitraject: Naargelang je inwerkperiode en ambities kan je takenpakket uitgebreid worden met het zelfstandig opmaken van offertes en actieve klantenopvolging.
