Wat je doet Als Schadebehandelaar ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Je begeleidt hen door het schadeproces heen en houd hen continu op de hoogte van wat er speelt. Vanaf het moment van schademelding ben jij de regisseur en projectmanager van het dossier. Je maakt een dossier aan en onderhoud contacten met de klant, verzekeraars en overige betrokken (tegen)partijen. Daarnaast zet jij jouw creativiteit in om de schade binnen de beschikbare mogelijkheden zo goed mogelijk te regelen. Je komt te werken in een dynamische omgeving waar geen enkele dag, schade of klant hetzelfde is.

Wie ben jij Jij bent een gedreven en enthousiast persoon. Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je werk. Je vind het leuk om te werken in een dynamische omgeving en kunt snel schakelen. Verder heb je:

Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau Kennis van actuele wet- en regelgeving Bij voorkeur in bezit van Wft Basis- en Wft Schade Particulier-certificaten (of bent bereid deze te behalen) Affiniteit met ANVA is pré

Zij staan voor het bouwen van een duurzame vertrouwensrelatie waarin persoonlijk contact, snelle besluitvorming en deskundigheid centraal staat. Je komt te werken in een klein team met twee ervaren schadebehandelaars waarin je gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk draagt voor de behandeling en afhandeling van diverse schades.
