Je bent in ieder geval beschikbaar op maandag en dinsdag en eventueel donderdagmiddag. De werktijden zijn op maandag (07.00 - 16.30) en dinsdag (07.30 - 17.00) en eventueel donderdagmiddag. - Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en hebt een duidelijke telefoonstem. - Je bent minimaal 18 uur per week beschikbaar op vaste dagen (maandag en dinsdag verplicht). wat ga je doen Als Commercieel Binnendienst Medewerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten in de versmarkt. Je hebt dagelijks leuk telefonisch contact met slagers, kaaswinkels en horecaondernemers om hun orders op te nemen. Zo zorg jij er direct voor dat zij elke dag de beste producten op voorraad hebben! Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de accountmanagers om de klanttevredenheid naar een hoger niveau te tillen en duik je in verkoopanalyses. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid! - Telefonisch opnemen en in het systeem invoeren van klantorders. - Nauw samenwerken met accountmanagers voor optimaal klantenbeheer. - Administratieve taken uitvoeren, zoals het verwerken van emballage en retouren. - Maken en uitwerken van diverse verkoopanalyses. w...
