OVER DE FUNCTIE

Commercieel Administratief Medewerker

Je komt terecht bij een snel groeiend cateringbedrijf en dynamische KMO in Antwerpen, waar je klantencontact, inside sales en administratie combineert. Je volgt aanvragen en bestaande klanten op, maakt offertes en neemt ook telefonisch contact op met nieuwe klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele manager, krijgt bij de start een grondige opleiding op kantoor en denkt actief mee met het bedrijf alsof het je eigen zaak is.

WAT GA JE DOEN?

Commercieel Administratief Medewerker

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en volgt aanvragen, offertes en bestaande klanten op via mail en telefoon.
  • Je ondersteunt de commerciële werking met warme leads, klantenopvolging en beperkte telefonische prospectie. (20%)
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers, events, facturen, bestellingen en basisboekhouding.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en nauwkeurig binnen een dynamische KMO, in nauwe samenwerking met de operationele manager, en zorgt mee dat de dagelijkse werking vlot verloopt.

WIE BEN JIJ?

Commercieel Administratief Medewerker

  • Je bent zeer communicatief en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je bent digitaal sterk en werkt vlot met tools zoals Gmail, Excel en Billit, met een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring in sales, inside sales of administratie; ervaring in horeca of catering is mooi meegenomen.
