FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij sterk in administratie en heb je tegelijk een commerciële mindset? Heb je interesse in de banden- of automotive sector en werk je graag gestructureerd? Dan is deze job als commercieel administratief bediende zeker iets voor jou.

Jouw takenpakket

In deze functie ben je de spil tussen administratie en sales. Je ondersteunt zowel interne collega’s als externe partners en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief correct en vlot verloopt.

  • Beheren en opvolgen van verkoopfacturatie en administratieve processen
  • Controleren en verwerken van filialenadministratie
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van depannages tijdens kantooruren
  • Verzorgen van telefonisch onthaal en professionele communicatie via mail en post
  • Up-to-date houden van klantgegevens, productinformatie en prijslijsten
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen en orders voor key accounts
  • Ondersteunen van verschillende afdelingen met administratieve taken

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

  • Je bent klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans én Engels
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office
  • Je hebt ervaring in een administratieve functie
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
