Voor dit bank- en verzekeringskantoor, gelegen op een unieke locatie aan de Grote Markt in Mechelen, zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel administratief talent met een passie voor administratie, klantencontact en financiële dienstverlening.

Jouw functie

Als commercieel administratief medewerker ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de klanten. Dankzij jouw communicatieve vaardigheden weet je snel vertrouwen op te bouwen en duurzame relaties te creëren. Contacten leggen is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Je ondersteunt klanten op administratief en commercieel vlak en krijgt de kans om alle facetten van het kantoor te leren kennen:

  • dagelijks bankieren
  • kredieten
  • verzekeringen
  • beleggingen

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Klanten professioneel onthalen en begeleiden
  • Administratieve ondersteuning binnen bank- en verzekeringsdossiers
  • Commerciële opportuniteiten detecteren en klanten actief adviseren
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van klantenrelaties
  • Ondersteunen van collega’s binnen verschillende afdelingen

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma Financiën & Verzekeringen of een gelijkaardige opleiding
  • Ervaring binnen bank- of verzekeringssector is een plus
  • Kennis van beleggingen is een sterke troef
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en communicatief zeer sterk
  • Contacten leggen en klanten helpen geven jou energie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en klantgericht
  • Je bent leergierig en ambitieus
