Voor een stabiel en gespecialiseerd familiebedrijf in Turnhout, actief in hoogwaardige raamdecoratie, zijn we op zoek naar een Commercieel Administratief Medewerker Binnendienst.

Vanuit het atelier worden gordijnen, vouwgordijnen en bijhorende systemen volledig op maat geproduceerd voor interieurprofessionals in heel België. Kwaliteit, service en persoonlijk contact staan hierbij centraal.

Als commercieel administratief medewerker ben je één van de eerste aanspreekpunten voor klanten. Je helpt hen professioneel verder, volgt vragen en bestellingen op en ondersteunt de collega's binnen de commerciële binnendienst.

Jouw taken:

  • Klanten telefonisch en via e-mail adviseren en verder helpen.
  • Informatie geven over producten, mogelijkheden en diensten.
  • Offertes en prijsaanvragen mee voorbereiden.
  • Klanten informeren over de status van hun lopende bestellingen.
  • Administratieve gegevens correct verwerken en opvolgen.
  • Commerciële dossiers en klantgegevens mee beheren.
  • De collega's van de commerciële binnendienst ondersteunen.
  • Meedenken over oplossingen en zorgen voor een correcte klantenopvolging.

Je hoeft nog geen kennis te hebben van raamdecoratie of technische systemen. Via een uitgebreide interne opleiding leer je alles over de producten en werking.

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en communiceert vlot en professioneel.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent vlot met Outlook, Word en Excel.
  • Je hebt een goed cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Je neemt spontaan de telefoon op en helpt klanten graag verder.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om nieuwe productkennis op te bouwen.
  • Interesse in interieur, stoffen of raamdecoratie is mooi meegenomen.
