Vanuit het hoofdkantoor in de regio Gent ondersteunt het bedrijf dagelijks klanten met kwalitatieve producten, een uitgebreide expertise en een sterke logistieke dienstverlening. Dankzij een continue focus op innovatie, klantgerichtheid en duurzame groei heeft de organisatie een stevige positie uitgebouwd op zowel nationaal als internationaal niveau.

Omschrijving

  • Opstellen, verwerken en opvolgen van offertes
  • Correct registreren en beheren van klantorders
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk beantwoorden van klantenvragen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vertegenwoordigers
  • Administratieve opvolging van commerciële dossiers
  • Registreren en actualiseren van gegevens binnen het CRM- en ERP-systeem
  • Nauw samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen
  • Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte en klantgerichte werking van de commerciële binnendienst
  • Bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Eerste ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienstfunctie is een plus
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede professionele kennis van het Frans
  • Klantgericht, communicatief sterk en administratief nauwkeurig
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen
  • Proactieve en leergierige ingesteldheid
  • Vlotte kennis van Microsoft Office
  • Affiniteit met technische producten of interesse om technische kennis op te bouwen
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een troef
  • Je bent op zoek naar een stabiele omgeving waarin je jezelf verder kan ontwikkelen
