Bij Link-it zoeken we een Commercieel Administratief Medewerker die energie krijgt van structuur, overzicht en een goed georganiseerde administratie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen, klanten goed geholpen worden en collega's kunnen vertrouwen op correcte informatie. Ben jij iemand die graag schakelt tussen administratie, klantcontact en interne ondersteuning? Dan zou dit zomaar eens jouw volgende uitdaging kunnen zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Administratief Medewerker ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen en zorg je ervoor dat alles administratief goed geregeld is. Je bent nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en houdt overzicht, ook wanneer er veel tegelijk gebeurt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken en beheren van administratieve gegevens en documenten - Ondersteunen bij inkoop- en voorraadbeheer - Coördineren en voorbereiden van leveringen voor klanten en collega's - Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail - Zorgen voor een correcte verwerking van orders, aanvragen en interne verzoeken - Afstemmen met collega's van sales, techniek en operations - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan efficiëntere processen Geen dag is hetzelfde.
