Claus2You is een dochterbedrijf van Garage Mazda Claus, een familiebedrijf van de derde generatie dat vandaag wordt gerund door Thomas en Eva. Met Claus2You maken we duurzame mobiliteit toegankelijk voor particulieren en bedrijven via een flexibel netwerk van deelwagens. Zonder vaste abonnementskosten rijden gebruikers eenvoudig wanneer ze een wagen nodig hebben.

Claus2You groeit verder en daarom zoeken we een enthousiaste collega die mee het gezicht van onze deelmobiliteit wordt. Je krijgt een veelzijdige functie waarin relatiebeheer, prospectie, administratie en operationele opvolging samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen?

Geen dag ziet er helemaal hetzelfde uit. De ene dag ben je bezig met de praktische opvolging van onze deelwagens, de andere dag zit je rond de tafel met een gemeente of ga je langs bij een organisatie om het Claus2You-verhaal voor te stellen.

· Je krijgt een gevarieerde functie waarin klantencontact, administratie en planning samenkomen.

· Je neemt telefonisch contact op met nieuwe gebruikers voor een welkomstgesprek en checklist.

· Je plant de schoonmaak van de deelwagens en volgt de voertuigbeschikbaarheid op.

· Je onderzoekt schades en klachten en stemt hiervoor af met de betrokkenen.

· Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van dossiers, reservaties en boetes.

· Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor steden en gemeenten en volgt dossiers rond standplaatsen, evenementen en praktische wijzigingen op.

· Je onderhoudt bestaande contacten en zorgt ervoor dat openstaande zaken vooruitgaan.

· Je gaat actief op zoek naar bedrijven en organisaties die gebruik kunnen maken van onze deelwagens en stelt Claus2You aan hen voor.

· Je helpt waar nodig praktisch mee, bijvoorbeeld door infosessies voor nieuwe gebruikers te organiseren of door occasioneel een wagen te verplaatsen.

Wie zoeken we? Je bent geen pure salespersoon, maar een sterke relatiebouwer die kansen ziet, initiatief neemt en anderen warm maakt voor duurzame mobiliteit.

Je bent iemand die:

• Proactief is en zelf initiatief neemt

• Punctueel en nauwkeurig is

• Kritisch meedenkt en zaken durft in vraag te stellen

• Sterk is in opvolging en gemaakte afspraken niet uit het oog verliest

• Zelfstandig je werk kan organiseren

• Gemakkelijk mensen aanspreekt en graag contacten legt

• Graag afwisselt tussen bureauwerk en externe verplaatsingen

• Voldoende assertief is om dossiers vooruit te krijgen

• Verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen

• Tegelijk graag samenwerkt met collega's

• Een eerste ervaring heeft in klantencontact, planning, administratie, accountmanagement of relatiebeheer

Daarnaast:

• Spreek en schrijf je vlot Nederlands

• Kan je je uit de slag trekken in het Frans

• Werk je vlot met mail, Excel en digitale systemen

• Beschik je over een rijbewijs B
