De functie inhoud Als Commercieel administratief medewerker in een dynamisch verzekeringskantoor in Ieper wacht volgend veelzijdig takenpakket op jou:

  • Adviseren van klanten over de verschillende verzekeringsopties die het beste aansluiten bij hun behoeften
  • Opstellen en uitwerken van offertes op basis van persoonlijke gesprekken met klanten
  • Verwerken en beheren van schadedossiers van A tot Z voor een vlotte en zorgvuldige afhandeling
  • Ondersteunen van klanten gedurende het hele proces, van het kiezen van de verzekering tot de opvolging van hun polis
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten over hun verzekeringen en hen voorzien van gedetailleerde informatie
  • Onderhouden van nauw contact met klanten om hen up-to-date te houden over hun verzekeringen en eventuele wijzigingen
