Onze klant is een Belgische onderneming met ongeveer 50 medewerkers, actief in de verkoop, installatie en opvolging van technische producten en oplossingen. Vanuit hun vestiging in Kortenberg ondersteunen zij klanten verspreid over België met advies, projectopvolging en service. Door hun sterke groei zijn zij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega om het commerciële en administratieve team te versterken.

Jobomschrijving

Als Commercieel Administratief Medewerker:

  • Zorg je voor een correcte afhandeling van klantendossiers
  • Ondersteun je het verkoopteam met offertes en contractbeheer
  • Behandel je vragen en verzoeken van klanten op een efficiënte en professionele manier
  • Werk je samen met verschillende afdelingen om een vlotte klantenservice te garanderen
  • Houd je klantgegevens up-to-date in het systeem
  • Analyseer je gegevens en stel je rapporten op voor interne en externe doeleinden
  • Ondersteun je bij de organisatie van vergaderingen en evenementen
  • Draag je bij aan het optimaliseren van interne processen

Je hebt het volgende profiel:

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goed niveau Frans. Kennis van het Engels of Duits is een plus
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert professioneel, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet meerdere dossiers tegelijk op te volgen
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed omgaan met deadlines en veranderende prioriteiten
  • Ervaring in een technische omgeving of technische affiniteit is een plus
