Voor een gerenommeerd productiebedrijf in de metaalsector zoeken we een commercieel administratief bediende. Dit bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige metaaloplossingen en bedient zowel nationale als internationale klanten. Binnen een team van ervaren collega's zorg jij voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen sales, logistiek, planning en productie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en service
  • Je analyseert en beheert klantendossiers om de salesmanager te ondersteunen
  • Orderbeheer behoort tot jouw taken: je registreert en volgt bestellingen op van aanvraag tot levering
  • Je helpt bij de voorbereiding van klantenbezoeken en zorgt voor duidelijke rapportages
  • Je volgt betalingen op en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling
  • Een bachelor in een relevante richting zoals administratie, commercie of logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en Frans om met internationale klanten te communiceren
  • Ervaring met SAP en Salesforce is een pluspunt, maar geen must
