Onze klant zoekt een administratief sterke professional die energie haalt uit klantencontact en het nauwkeurig opvolgen van commerciële dossiers. In deze gevarieerde binnendienstfunctie combineer je een belangrijke administratieve rol met het onderhouden van warme klantenrelaties en occasionele vertegenwoordiging van het bedrijf op beurzen.

Bedrijfsomschrijving

Onze klant is een gevestigde, groeiende familiale onderneming actief binnen de voedingssector. Dankzij hun sterke reputatie, kwaliteitsvolle producten en klantgerichte aanpak hebben zij doorheen de jaren een duurzaam netwerk van klanten uitgebouwd in binnen- en buitenland. Vanuit hun vestiging in de regio Deinze zetten zij dagelijks in op kwaliteit, service en langetermijnrelaties.

Omschrijving

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen van A tot Z.
  • Opstellen, beheren en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgen voor een professionele dienstverlening.
  • Dagelijks onderhouden van warme klantencontacten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Administratief verwerken van commerciële dossiers en klantgegevens.
  • Werken met Excel voor rapportering, opvolging en analyse van commerciële gegevens.
  • Ondersteunen van de salesactiviteiten en identificeren van commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen om een vlotte dienstverlening te garanderen.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van de onderneming op een jaarlijkse vakbeurs.
  • Ondersteunen van marketing- en communicatiemateriaal waar nodig.
  • Heeft enkele jaren ervaring in een administratieve of commerciëlebinnendienstfunctie.
  • Werkt uiterst nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Beschikt over een sterk administratief profiel en voelt zich comfortabel in Excel.
  • Combineert structuur en cijfermatig inzicht met een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Bouwt vlot professionele relaties op met klanten.
  • Durft initiatief nemen en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands. Kennis van Frans en Engels vormt een pluspunt.
  • Kan zelfstandig werken en voelt zich thuis in een KMO-omgeving.
  • Heeft interesse in voeding en affiniteit met een productieomgeving.
