Commercieel Adviseur (Antwerpen-Noord).

Onze opdrachtgever, KwadrO Antwerpen, is sinds 2003 specialist in buitenschrijnwerk voor nieuwbouw en renovatie. Vanuit hun vestiging te Malle zetten ze elke dag hun beste beentje voor om de projecten van hun klanten met de grootste zorg uit te voeren. Bij KwadrO werken vakmensen die gepassioneerd te werk gaan en die alles tot in de puntjes willen uitvoeren. Voor de klant, maar ook voor zichzelf.

Functie Omschrijving:

Je start de dag met een lekker kopje koffie op kantoor, waar je alle aanvragen bekijkt in het handige CRM-systeem. Je belt de potentiële klanten op en maakt een afspraak bij hen thuis of in de showroom. Bij een afspraak met de klant, speel je je grootste troef uit: je luistert heel grondig naar zijn/haar wensen en verwachtingen. Want alleen zo maak je van een klant een tevreden klant! En laat dat nu net jouw doel zijn. Gaat de afspraak bij de klant thuis door, dan bekijk je de woning en zorg je voor de commerciële opmeting. Zo kan je achteraf een offerte op maat maken die je met hem/haar zal bespreken in de showroom. Onder het genot van een drankje, toon je met trots onze mooie KwadrO-offerte die je tot in detail zal bespreken. Je beantwoordt alle vragen en… sluit de deal, uiteraard!

- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands, en bent flexibel om ook 2 zaterdagen per maand te werken.

- Je kan terugvallen op een goede commerciële ervaring, wat je aanvult met interesse in schrijnwerk en bouwen (de opleiding hierin wordt voorzien).

- Door je hoge leervermogen en nieuwsgierigheid kan je vlot je kennis van onze markt uitbouwen.

- Je combineert een mooie dosis vastberadenheid met een sterk tijdsbeheer / organisatievermogen. Je klantgerichtheid en vlotte sociale vaardigheden typeren je.
