  • Klantcontact en begeleiding: Je houdt klanten op de hoogte van de status van hun nieuwe wagen, beantwoordt hun vragen en plant de afleverafspraken in.
  • Wagenafleveringen: Je ontvangt klanten op een professionele en enthousiaste manier en zorgt voor een aangename aflevering. Je legt de verschillende functies, technologieën en opties van hun nieuwe wagen helder uit.
  • Administratieve opvolging: Je controleert de boorddocumenten, verwerkt de nodige gegevens en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie correct en volledig is.
  • Wagenbeheer: Je neemt nieuwe voertuigen in ontvangst, controleert ze op eventuele schade en volgt de verdere verwerking op.
  • Registraties en facturatie: Je staat in voor de aanvraag van nummerplaten, onderhoudt contacten met leasing- en verzekeringsmaatschappijen en volgt facturen en betalingen op.
  • Planning en coördinatie: Heeft een klant nog een extra accessoire nodig, zoals een trekhaak? Dan stem jij af met de werkplaats en zorg je ervoor dat alles tijdig ingepland wordt.
  • Polyvalente ondersteuning: Je helpt waar nodig, bijvoorbeeld bij het ontvangen van transportleveringen of het aanbieden van voertuigen voor de keuring.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel. Je voelt je comfortabel in contacten met klanten, collega's, leasingmaatschappijen en andere externe partners.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk. Plannen, opvolgen en prioriteiten stellen zijn helemaal jouw ding. Je houdt het overzicht, ook wanneer er meerdere wagens tegelijk opgevolgd moeten worden.
  • Je hebt interesse in automotive. Je bent nieuwsgierig naar verschillende automodellen, technologieën en innovaties en leert graag bij om klanten correct te adviseren.
  • Je bent klantgericht. Je begrijpt dat een wagenaflevering een belangrijk moment is en doet er alles aan om klanten een uitstekende ervaring te bezorgen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel. Loopt een planning anders dan verwacht of komt er onverwacht extra werk bij? Jij blijft rustig en zoekt naar oplossingen.
