Voor een mooie garage in Gent zijn wij op zoek nara een commercieel adviseur afleverdienst.

Wat is je takenpakket?

  • Aanspreekpunt klant: Op regelmatige basis de klant op de hoogte brengen van de status van zijn/haar voertuig. Afspraken inplannen met de klanten horen hier ook bij;
  • In ontvangst nemen van alle nieuwe wagens, controleren op schade en administratief verwerken;
  • Nummerplaten registreren en aanvragen;
  • Contact met lease- en verzekeringsmaatschappijen;
  • Dubbelcheck van de nodige boorddocumenten (keuringsbewijs, inschrijvingsbewijs…);
  • Facturatie en betalingen opvolgen;
  • Accessoirebeheer: Je klant wenst nog een trekhaak? Dan plan jij dit in bij de werkplaats.

Profiel

Wie ben jij:

  • Communicatie = on point. Je kan vlot, op een professionele en heldere manier communiceren. Je zal namelijk met heel wat partijen zowel intern als extern in contact komen.

(klanten b2b, b2c, verzekerings- en leasemaatschappijen, interne collega's, ...

  • Opvolgen en plannen is jouw sterkte! Je kan gemakkelijk het overzicht bewaren, en volgt op als de beste. Een extra accessoire kan een week voor levering niet geleverd worden? Jij houdt je klant hiervan op de hoogte.
  • Productkennis: Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de automotive sector en bent bereid om je te verdiepen in alle verschillende modellen. Jij bent op termijn dé expert als het gaat over productkennis. Dit is een zeer belangrijk gegeven bij de fysieke afleveringen.
  • Servicegericht: Je bent van nature uit een warm persoon en biedt graag een uitstekende service aan jouw klanten en collega's.
  • Stressbestendig: Je planning kan af en toe wijzigen door onvoorziene omstandigheden. Je kan omgaan met werkdruk en kan het hoofd koel houden. Maandelijkse objectieven behalen zijn voor jou ook een drijfveer.
  • Flexibel: Er is last minute een camion toegekomen en jouw collega vraagt om hulp? Zeker! Je stelt je flexibel op en helpt graag waar nodig. 1 team!
  • Je hebt ervaring in de branche!!!
