Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de automotive sector in Gent zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste medewerker die instaat voor de volledige voorbereiding, opvolging en aflevering van nieuwe wagens.

Als commercieel adviseur afleverdienst neem je het over zodra jouw collega-verkoper een wagen heeft verkocht. Vanaf dat moment zorg jij ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes geregeld wordt, zodat de klant kan genieten van een onvergetelijk aflevermoment.

Takenpakket

  • Klanten informeren over de status van hun nieuwe wagen en afspraken inplannen voor de aflevering.
  • Nieuwe voertuigen ontvangen, controleren op eventuele schade en administratief verwerken.
  • Nummerplaten aanvragen en registreren.
  • Contact onderhouden met lease- en verzekeringsmaatschappijen.
  • Boorddocumenten controleren, zoals inschrijvingsbewijzen en keuringsdocumenten.
  • Facturatie en betalingen correct opvolgen.
  • Extra accessoires en aanpassingen inplannen in samenwerking met de werkplaats.
  • De volledige aflevering voorbereiden en afstemmen met verkopers, techniekers en wagenpoetsers.
  • Klanten bij de aflevering uitgebreid wegwijs maken in de functies en technologieën van hun nieuwe wagen.
  • Waar nodig bijspringen bij praktische taken, zoals voertuigen naar de keuring brengen of transportleveringen ontvangen.
  • Een sterke affiniteit met auto's en interesse in nieuwe technologieën en automodellen.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om professioneel te communiceren met klanten, collega's en externe partners.
  • Administratief nauwkeurig en sterk in plannen, organiseren en opvolgen.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken.
  • Gemotiveerd om productkennis verder uit te bouwen en nieuwe zaken aan te leren.
  • Commerciële ingesteldheid en gemotiveerd om mee te werken aan het behalen van doelstellingen.
