Als Commercieel Adviseur ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alledaagse bankvragen van onze klanten. In deze boeiende startersfunctie zorg je voor een eersteklas service en maak je een directe, positieve impact op het financiële welzijn van onze klanten.

Je beantwoordt uiteenlopende vragen over dagelijkse bankzaken en leert al snel hoe je commerciële opportuniteiten detecteert die het financiële leven van de klant verder verbeteren.

Wat zijn jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden?

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt: Je staat klanten professioneel en vriendelijk te woord bij hun dagelijkse bankvragen.
  • Klantgerichte service & advies: Je biedt een uitstekende Customer Experience en helpt klanten gericht verder met advies op maat.
  • Commerciële kansen benutten: Je ontwikkelt zakelijk bewustzijn, bouwt diepgaand klanteninzicht op en herkent tijdig kansen om passende bankproducten en -diensten aan te bevelen.
  • Samenwerken & Groeien: Je maakt deel uit van een dynamisch team en leert de kneepjes van het commercieel bankieren.

Wij zoeken enthousiaste starters met de juiste instelling en drive om te leren!

  • Opleidingsniveau: Je bent in het bezit van een afgerond Bachelor- of Masterdiploma (alle studierichtingen komen in aanmerking!).
  • Ervaring: Geen ervaring vereist! Jouw motivatie, potentieel en goesting om bij te leren zijn voor ons doorslaggevend.
  • Vaardigheden & Competenties: Klant- en servicegericht: Je bent communicatief sterk en beschikt over een natuurlijke commerciële flair. Leergierig: Je hebt de drang om te leren en je snel te verdiepen in nieuwe bancaire materie. Flexibel & Stressbestendig: Je bent stressbestendig en bereid om te werken binnen een flexibel uurrooster (wisselende uren tussen 7:00 en 22:00 uur).
