Voor een sterk groeiende dienstverlenende speler (onderdeel van een stabiele financiele groep) is Randstad op zoek naar een enthousiaste Commercieel Telefonisch Adviseur.

Werk je graag met warme leads, ben je sterk in telefonisch adviesverlening en help je mensen graag besparen op hun maandelijkse vaste kosten (energie, telecom, e.d.)?

Dan is dit een geknipte kans binnen een mensgerichte en dynamische omgeving!

Binnen deze rol ontzorg je klanten die gaan verhuizen door hen telefonisch te adviseren bij de overstap van hun nutsvoorzieningen. Je richt je puur op het commerciele en adviserende luik; een gespecialiseerd team neemt de verdere administratieve verwerking van je over!

  • Opleiding & Ervaring: Je beschikt over een diploma secundair onderwijs of een bachelor. Ervaring in een commerciele binnendienst, telesales of klantendienst is een sterke troef!
  • Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en het Frans (gesproken en geschreven). Kennis van het Engels is een mooie plus.
  • Commerciele Drive & Oplossingsgericht: Je luistert actief, ziet commerciele kansen en weet professioneel om te gaan met bezwaren of drukkere momenten.
  • Digitaal vaardig: Je werkt vlot met pc-toepassingen en leert snel werken met CRM-systemen.
  • Warme Leads Contacteren: Geen koude prospectie! Je belt klanten op die via vaste partners (zoals vastgoedkantoren) zijn aangemeld.
  • Noden Analyse & Advies: Je brengt de behoeften in kaart en geeft professioneel advies op maat over energieleveranciers, telecomproviders en bijkomende diensten.
  • Overdracht & CRM: Je verwerkt de gesprekken correct in het CRM-systeem en draagt het dossier over aan de administratieve binnendienst.
  • Opvolging & Teamwork: Je volgt lopende dossiers op, neemt deel aan het dagelijks teamoverleg en volgt individuele coachingmomenten met de Teamlead om te blijven groeien.
