Bij Cauwelier krijg je de kans om samen te groeien met een ambitieus en energiek team. Jij gaat dagelijks de baan op in Antwerpen en Vlaams-Brabant om particuliere klanten te adviseren rond dakonderhoud en dakcoating. Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met particuliere klanten en weet opportuniteiten om te zetten in concrete resultaten. Een deel van jouw afspraken wordt voor jou ingepland, maar we zoeken vooral iemand met een echte commerciële drive. Als sterke B2C-verkoper haal jij energie uit klantencontact, weet je vertrouwen op te bouwen en krijg je een kick van het afsluiten van deals.

Je begeleidt klanten van het eerste gesprek tot de ondertekening van de offerte. Dankzij jouw overtuigingskracht en klantgerichte aanpak weet je perfect de noden van de klant te vertalen naar een passende oplossing. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles correct wordt geregistreerd in ons ERP-systeem, zodat onze coördinator de uitvoering efficiënt kan volgen. Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten ben jij degene die vertrouwen opbouwt door een betrouwbare, klantgerichte benadering.

Binnen deze functie krijg je de vrijheid en het vertrouwen om op jouw eigen manier te werken, maar met de zekerheid van verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor je regio en de klantrelaties die je opbouwt. Elke week neem je een halve dag om bij je collega’s op kantoor te sparren en kennis uit te wisselen, zodat je blijft groeien en verbeteren.

Wat wij van jou verwachten:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als external sales, met focus op de B2C-markt.
  • Je haalt energie uit verkopen en het behalen van targets.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en weet hoe je deals moet closen.
  • Je durft initiatief nemen en bent niet bang om kansen te grijpen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en kan zelfstandig werken, maar je hebt ook de bereidheid om samen te werken en kennis te delen met je team.
  • Affiniteit met de bouw- en renovatiesector is een plus, vooral als je interesse hebt om meer te leren over dakonderhoud en dakcoating.
  • Je bent graag onderweg en haalt energie uit klantencontact.
  • Je bent digitaal onderlegd en houdt ervan om efficiënt te werken met moderne tools en systemen.
