The posting

Ervaring binnen recruitment, detachering, arbeidsbemiddeling, sales of accountmanagement is gewenst. Ervaring binnen de Fysieke Leefomgeving, VTH of de publieke sector is een plus, maar zeker geen vereiste.

We zoeken vooral iemand die commercieel is ingesteld en ervaring heeft met het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties. Je bent gewend om zelf contact te leggen met nieuwe mensen, de telefoon te pakken en actief kansen te creëren. Je vindt het leuk om nieuwe opdrachtgevers en professionals te benaderen en bent niet bang voor koude acquisitie.

Je kunt goed luisteren, doorvragen en achterhalen wat een professional of opdrachtgever echt nodig heeft. Daarnaast ben je in staat om commerciële kansen te herkennen, afspraken te maken, deze goed op te volgen en relaties voor de lange termijn op te bouwen.

Ervaring met het werven en selecteren van professionals, het begeleiden van kandidaten, klantgesprekken, onderhandelingen en het werken met targets is mooi meegenomen.

Een bestaand netwerk is niet noodzakelijk. We helpen je om onze markt, opdrachtgevers en professionals te leren kennen. Wel verwachten we dat je initiatief neemt en gemotiveerd bent om zelfstandig een eigen netwerk en markt op te bouwen.

Voor ons zijn persoonlijkheid, commerciële drive, nieuwsgierigheid en doorzettingsvermogen minstens zo belangrijk als het aantal jaren werkervaring.

Als Adviseur Detachering Fysieke Leefomgeving krijg je bij ons de kans om je eigen markt op te bouwen. Je werkt met gemeenten, omgevingsdiensten en andere publieke organisaties binnen onder andere VTH, ruimtelijke ontwikkeling, vastgoed en duurzaamheid.

Je brengt professionals en opdrachtgevers bij elkaar, maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen het invullen van vacatures. Je bouwt relaties op, leert professionals echt kennen en weet wat er bij opdrachtgevers speelt. Je zoekt actief naar nieuwe kansen en denkt mee over langdurige samenwerkingen.

En ja, je gaat veel bellen. Wij geloven in persoonlijk contact. Zie je een interessante professional? Bel diegene. Zie je een kans bij een gemeente of omgevingsdienst? Pak hem op. Je maakt afspraken, gaat naar buiten en bouwt stap voor stap aan je eigen netwerk, omzet en resultaten.
