Dan is deze rol als Commercieel Adviseur iets voor jou.

Als Commercieel Adviseur ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die telefonisch ondersteuning nodig hebben. Je beantwoordt hun vragen, maar gaat ook proactief op zoek naar commerciële opportuniteiten om hen in de toekomst nog beter te begeleiden.

Voorbeeld uit de praktijk:

Een klant belt omdat hij op vakantie gaat naar de Verenigde Staten en wil weten of zijn bankkaart daar werkt.

  • Jij controleert of zijn kaart buiten Europa geactiveerd is en activeert deze indien nodig.
  • Je merkt dat de klant nog geen kredietkaart heeft en adviseert hem hierover, zonder te pushen.
  • Jouw doel: correcte informatie geven, meedenken met de klant en oplossingen voorstellen die waarde toevoegen.

Deze functie is ideaal voor wie wil leren, ervaring opbouwen en doorgroeien binnen een stabiele organisatie.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent minstens in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis Nederlands.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en helpt graag mensen verder.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je hebt interesse in de banksector.
  • Je bent flexibel: je werkt in een variabel uurrooster tussen 7u en 22u, inclusief één zaterdag per maand.
  • Je bent bereid om opleiding te volgen in Mechelen, Leuven of Brussel.
