Vanuit hun expertise helpen ze klanten om op een energiezuinige en toekomstgerichte manier te verwarmen en te koelen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Commercieel Adviseur hernieuwbare Energie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die op zoek zijn naar een doordachte oplossing binnen warmtepompen, geothermie, HVAC en andere duurzame energietechnieken.

Je vertaalt technische mogelijkheden naar heldere, haalbare en economisch onderbouwde voorstellen die aansluiten bij de noden van elke klant.

In deze rol combineer je commercieel inzicht met technische interesse. Je begeleidt klanten van het eerste contact tot de uiteindelijke installatie en kijkt daarbij verder dan de verkoop van een product alleen.

Je analyseert het volledige plaatje en denkt mee over verbruik, comfort, rendement, terugverdientijd en technische haalbaarheid.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • het voeren van klantengesprekken en het in kaart brengen van behoeften en verwachtingen;
  • het adviseren over duurzame energieoplossingen op maat;
  • het uitwerken en opvolgen van commerciële voorstellen en offertes;
  • het afstemmen van technische mogelijkheden met interne collega’s en betrokken partners;
  • het begeleiden van klanten doorheen het volledige traject, van advies tot realisatie;
  • het bewaken van een vlotte communicatie, correcte opvolging en een professionele klantbeleving.

Je komt terecht in een technische en toekomstgerichte omgeving waar kwaliteit, innovatie en persoonlijk advies centraal staan. Dit is een functie voor iemand die graag met klanten werkt, sterk is in adviesverlening en energie krijgt van oplossingen die zowel technisch als economisch kloppen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een Commercieel Adviseur Hernieuwbare Energie met bij voorkeur 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of technisch-commerciële rol. Je bent iemand die vlot communiceert, goed luistert en complexe informatie op een duidelijke en overtuigende manier kan vertalen naar klanten.

Je beschikt over een gezonde technische interesse en bent bereid je verder te verdiepen in warmtepompen, geothermie, HVAC en duurzame energietechnieken. Je hoeft geen pure technieker te zijn, maar je moet wel voldoende technische feeling hebben om mee te denken over oplossingen en de juiste vragen te stellen.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

  • een bachelor denkniveau, idealiter in een technische, commerciële of energiegerelateerde richting;
  • relevante ervaring in sales, adviesverlening of projectopvolging;
  • sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid;
  • een analytische blik waarmee je verbruik, rendement en terugverdientijd kan inschatten;
  • de drive om zelfstandig dossiers op te volgen en commerciële opportuniteiten te detecteren;
  • goede organisatorische vaardigheden en een nauwkeurige aanpak;
  • een proactieve houding en de ambitie om mee te bouwen aan duurzame projecten.

Je bent overtuigend zonder opdringerig te zijn, werkt gestructureerd en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar technische inhoud en advies centraal staan.
