Van een eerste idee naar een keuken waar klanten elke dag blij van worden: daar zorg jij voor!Als Commercieel Adviseur Keukens combineer je je gevoel voor mensen met commercieel talent, creativiteit en een gezonde dosis technisch inzicht. Je ontdekt wat klanten écht zoeken, denkt mee over kleuren, materialen en indeling en maakt van losse ideeën een sterk keukenconcept. Maar daar stopt het niet. Jij houdt het commerciële stuur in handen en begeleidt je klant van het eerste gesprek tot de uiteindelijke verkoop.Nog geen keukenexpert? Geen probleem. Als jij kan verkopen, graag bijleert en energie krijgt van klanten overtuigen, krijg je hier alle kansen om het vak onder de knie te krijgen.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je verwelkomt klanten in de toonzaal en zorgt meteen voor een sterke eerste indruk.
  • Je ontdekt wat ze mooi vinden, nodig hebben en verwachten van hun nieuwe keuken.
  • Je zet hun ideeën om in een eerste creatief keukenontwerp.
  • Je brengt ontwerpen tot leven met het voorziene 3D-programma.
  • Je adviseert over kleuren, materialen, indelingen en mogelijkheden.
  • Je berekent keukens en maakt duidelijke offertes op.
  • Je combineert commercieel inzicht met advies dat écht bij de klant past.
  • Je neemt het volledige verkooptraject in handen en werkt toe naar de verkoop.
  • Je draagt verkochte dossiers correct over aan de teams die instaan voor de verdere uitvoering.
  • Je springt indien nodig tijdelijk bij in een andere vestiging.

Must haves

  • Je hebt een bachelor in een commerciële richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt commercieel talent en weet mensen op een natuurlijke manier te overtuigen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je hebt creatief en technisch inzicht en wil de technische kant van keukenverkoop graag leren.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent bereid om structureel op zaterdag én zondag te werken.

Nice to haves

  • Je hebt ervaring in verkoop of een sterk klantgerichte functie.
  • Je legt gemakkelijk contact en voelt snel aan wat een klant nodig heeft.
  • Je krijgt energie van commerciële doelstellingen en mooie resultaten.
  • Je pikt nieuwe producten, technieken en software snel op.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan occasioneel in een andere vestiging bijspringen.
