Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vertaalt hun wensen naar een onderhoudsovereenkomst op maat. Je werkt het merendeel van je tijd in jouw rayon: bij de klanten in regio Zuid Nederland. Uiteraard ben je ook af en toe binnen op kantoor bij 1 van onze vestigingen in Zuid Nederland, hier werk je nauw samen met contractbeheerders, projectleiders, calculators en de commercieel manager. Samen vormen jullie één team en zorgen jullie voor een sterk advies, een scherpe aanbieding en een succesvolle uitvoering. Binnen Technisch Beheer richt je je voornamelijk op het binnen halen van nieuwe, grote en langdurige onderhouds- en beheerovereenkomsten binnen de utiliteit.
