  • Klanten adviseren en ondersteunen tijdens het volledige aankoopproces.

  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Actief opvolgen van leads en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Bijdragen aan het behalen van de verkoopdoelstellingen van het project.
  • Klanten informeren over de verschillende woonmogelijkheden, afwerkingsopties en projecttroeven.
  • Signaleren van markttrends, klantbehoeften en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Samenwerken met interne stakeholders om een optimale klantbeleving te garanderen.
  • Instaan voor een professionele opvolging van dossiers en klantencontacten.

  • Klantgericht en in staat om vertrouwen op te bouwen.
  • Commercieel gedreven met focus op resultaten.
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid en ondernemende mindset.
  • Professionele uitstraling en verzorgd voorkomen.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om op projectlocatie aanwezig te zijn.
  • Interesse in vastgoed, wonen of projectontwikkeling vormt een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Administratief voldoende sterk om dossiers correct op te volgen.
