  • Actief luisteren naar bezoekers om hun behoeften scherp in kaart te brengen en passende mogelijkheden voor te stellen;
  • Professionele demonstratie van de wagens, aangevuld met een heldere toelichting over eigenschappen, opties en voordelen;
  • Opmaak van gepersonaliseerde offertes waarbij voorwaarden, promoties en financiële formules zorgvuldig worden afgestemd;
  • Begeleiding bij bijkomende diensten zoals financiering, leasing, verzekering of onderhoudsoplossingen;
  • Organisatie van proefritten wanneer klanten de wagen zelf willen uitproberen;
  • Opvolging van inruil- of waardebepalingsvragen met oog voor transparantie en duidelijkheid;
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van voertuigafleveringen van A tot Z, inclusief administratie, planning en klantencontact.

  • Flexibiliteit en teamgerichtheid zorgen ervoor dat collega’s kunnen rekenen op ondersteuning wanneer het drukker wordt;
  • Aantoonbare commerciële ingesteldheid of eerdere ervaring in verkoop geldt als een sterk voordeel;
  • Een bachelordiploma of relevante praktijkervaring biedt een mooie basis om binnen deze functie te groeien;
  • Nauwkeurigheid in administratie is belangrijk, aangezien offertes, financieringen en diverse formules zorgvuldig moeten worden uitgewerkt;
  • Affiniteit met de mobiliteits- of automotivewereld helpt om productinformatie snel eigen te maken en klanten met kennis van zaken te begeleiden;
