De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Commercieel Assistent Vastgoed:

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten via telefoon, mail en aan het onthaal
  • Inplannen van bezichtigingen en coördineren van agenda’s van makelaars, eigenaars en klanten
  • Administratieve ondersteuning bieden bij vastgoed dossiers
  • Contact onderhouden met notarissen, syndici en externe partners
  • Aanvragen van documenten zoals EPC, asbestattesten en elektrische keuringen
  • Invoeren van panden in het softwaresysteem en beheren van dossierinformatie
  • Opstellen van aantrekkelijke advertentieteksten voor vastgoedpublicaties
  • Onderhouden van contact met eigenaars en ondersteunen bij praktische vragen

  • Sterk organisatorisch vermogen en administratieve nauwkeurigheid
