De Hypotheker Delft zoekt een Officemanager die het kloppend hart van onze vestiging vormt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt, zodat onze adviseurs en klanten optimaal worden ondersteund. Wat ga je doen? - Afhandelen van hypotheekdossiers : Jij bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat alle documenten compleet en correct zijn. - Monitoren van werkwijze en processen : Je signaleert verbeterpunten en zorgt voor een efficiënte workflow. - Aansturen van commercieel assistenten : Jij bent het aanspreekpunt en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team. - Overleg met directie : Je denkt mee over strategie en draagt bij aan het succes van de vestiging. Wat breng je mee? - Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de financiële dienstverlening. - Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden. - Proactieve houding en oog voor kwaliteit. - Affiniteit met hypotheken en klantgericht werken.
